Refund policy

Overview

At Micro Naturals, we are committed to delivering a high-quality experience. Due to the personal nature of our products, we maintain strict but fair return and refund guidelines.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be modified or canceled within 12 hours of being placed.

After this window, orders are processed and can no longer be changed or canceled.


Returns

Due to hygiene and safety standards, we do not accept returns on used or opened products.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence so we can resolve it quickly.


Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

  • Item arrives damaged or defective
  • Wrong item received
  • Order not delivered within 30 business days

All claims must be submitted with supporting evidence (photos, order number, etc.).


Non-Refundable Situations

We do not issue refunds for:

  • Delays within the stated 10–30 business day shipping window
  • Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout
  • Orders marked as delivered by the carrier
  • Opened or used products

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived after 30 business days, please contact us and we will investigate and resolve the issue.


Refund Process

Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.


Chargebacks & Disputes

We are committed to resolving all issues directly.

By placing an order, you agree to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider.

We reserve the right to present evidence including:

  • Delivery confirmation
  • Customer agreement to shipping timelines
  • Order and tracking records

to dispute any claims.
