Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

Some products offered by Micro Naturals may be available as subscriptions or pre-orders. This policy explains how these purchase options work and how you can manage or cancel them.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you agree to receive recurring deliveries based on the frequency selected at checkout.

By subscribing, you authorize Micro Naturals to securely store your payment method and automatically charge you for each recurring order.

Managing or Cancelling

You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time using the link provided in your order confirmation email.

To avoid being charged for the next shipment, changes must be made before your next billing date.

Once a recurring order has been processed, it cannot be canceled.

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders allow you to reserve products that are not yet available or temporarily out of stock.

By placing a pre-order, you agree that:

• The item will be shipped at a later date once available
• Your payment may be collected at checkout or when the item is ready to ship

Cancellations

Pre-orders can be canceled only before they are processed or fulfilled.

Once the order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

By selecting a subscription or pre-order option, you acknowledge and agree to:

• The billing and fulfillment structure of that purchase option
• Responsibility for managing or canceling your order within the allowed timeframe
• That once an order is processed, it is no longer eligible for cancellation
